Where it started
Bermuda that had been scalped for years, about 40% weed cover, and two bare patches where a trampoline had sat all summer. The owner had been told it needed ripping out and re-sodding.
What we actually did
It did not need re-sodding. Raised the cut height, six treatments on the Texas calendar, one aeration and overseed in June, and water advice the owner actually followed. That is the whole intervention.
What it cost
$1,430 across the season on The Full Yard, against the $6,800 re-sod quote. Most lawns people want to replace do not need replacing — they need feeding and a higher blade.

What everyone asks.
Is there really no contract?
Really. You can cancel from a text message and we will not ring you to talk you out of it. Sixteen years, 3,100 lawns, zero contracts — our average customer stays five and a half years anyway.
How do you price without visiting?
Satellite measurement of your lot, then the plan you picked. It is accurate to within a few dollars and it takes us about a minute, which is why you get it by text inside the hour rather than after a sales visit.
What if it rains on my day?
We move you to the next dry day that week and text you. If it runs into the following week you are not charged for the missed visit.
Are the treatments safe around kids and dogs?
Once dry, yes, which is usually about two hours. Every applicator is TDA licensed and we leave a card saying exactly what went down and when it is clear.
Can I start mid-season?
Any week of the year. Feed & Weed works best started in autumn or very early spring, and we will tell you honestly if waiting six weeks gets you a better result for the same money.
Do you do landscaping as well as lawns?
Mulch, bed work, aeration and seasonal clean-ups, yes — all on The Full Yard. Patios, walls and irrigation, no, and we will pass you two names we trust.
